"My wife and I just spent 3 wonderful nights at your hotel. The location is close to everything that we wanted to see ,or the transportation to get us there. The room was excellent and the staff went well beyond expectations. In particular Scott and Stephanie went out of their way several times to make sure that we understood the directions they were giving to us and advice on items of interest. Our vacation was enhanced greatly because of your staff and the accomodations at your hotel. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting Boston and plan to stay there again when we return in the future."

"The location is exceptional. The rooms are small, but very cozy and clean. Most of all we will remember the friendly staff. Scott, thank you very much for your help with directions, and answering patiently all our questions. Sarah, thank you very much for helping us with the bags on check-in, for giving your umbrella when we were heading for the Duck Tour and it started to rain unexpectedly, and most of all for your warmth and friendly smiles. You made our short stay in Boston unforgettable. We will definitely stay in Charlesmark Hotel on our next visit to Boston.

My husband, sister and I stayed with you during this past Boston Marathon.
What a WONDERFUL hotel- and each staff member we met was so friendly and accommodating.
I feel so lucky to have stayed at the Charlesmark. I know the chances of staying with you again during the marathon are probably as likely as meeting the new qualifying requirements!
(Well, secretly, I am hoping I might have a shot in 5 years when I'm in a new age group!)
After all, I need to run it again when I'm not injured and do better than I did in this race!
